• The Service is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner under any securities law, and nothing we provide constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
• All Analysis — including LONG / SHORT / AVOID verdicts, conviction scores, screening results, and any other AI-generated output — is generated automatically and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other instrument.
• AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see in the Service.
• The Service does not execute trades, hold customer funds or securities, or act as a custodian, and we are not a party to any transaction you may undertake based on information from the Service.

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers (including, among others, Polygon.io, Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep, FRED, and CoinGecko) and is provided to us "as is." We do not independently verify this data.

• Quotes, charts, fundamentals, options flow, and other market data may be delayed (for example, 15 minutes or more depending on the feed and instrument), incomplete, or inaccurate, and may not reflect the most current market price available elsewhere.
• We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, news, or Analysis presented in the Service.
• Where data is shown as delayed, this reflects our current data-licensing arrangements with upstream providers and may change as those arrangements change.
• You should independently verify any price, quote, or figure with your broker or another primary source before relying on it for any purpose.

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information when you register and keeping it up to date.
• Notifying us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• If and when paid subscriptions are enabled, payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details ourselves — they are handled directly by our payment processor.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, or use automated means to access it, except through any API we explicitly provide.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly republish market data or Analysis obtained through the Service in violation of our upstream data-provider license terms.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including via excessive automated requests that bypass our rate limits.
• Use the Service to build a competing product using our aggregated data or Analysis output.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

IN NO EVENT WILL TRADINGSNIPE, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY ANALYSIS OR DATA IT PROVIDES — INCLUDING DECISIONS YOU MAKE TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD ANY SECURITY — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
